Heritage Manufacturing takes great pride in providing high quality laser cutting capabilities utilizing some of the latest technologies available in a 4,000-watt CO2 3-Axis laser-processing machine. The benefits to the newer technology include closer tolerances, excellent repeatability, and minimal metal distortion resulting in little to no deburring. Volume runs are easily handled with our automatic load/unload system. Size capabilities include full 60”x 120” sheet sizes and thicknesses of 1” mild steel, ½” stainless steel and ½” aluminum. Heritage will work closely with your staff to develop the optimum cutting pattern for your parts to maximize the efficiency of material usage. Your satisfaction is our biggest concern.
